Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia. In order to sign up for volunteer events (assignments/shifts), you must be a registered volunteer and you must sign in. This simple process takes less than 5 minutes and will permit us to keep in contact with you before and after your shift.

Individual and group registration is now available online! Once you either sign in (if you are already registered) or register for the first time now, you will see all of our current opportunities (volunteer events). You can sign up for an event, tell us how many people you are bringing, and include their email addresses so they get confirmations and reminders along with you. Please note: ALL volunteers must wear closed-toe shoes to volunteer for Quality Assurance and Mobile Pantry assignments! Anyone wearing open-toe, sandals or flip-flops will not be allowed to volunteer. This is a safety requirement.
